Head of Education and Employment Services
Salary: £36,000 plus 5% pension
Full Time: 37.5hrs per week

Employment Advisor
Salary: £26,654 plus 3% pension
Full Time: 37.5hrs per week

Bromley Well is commissioned by the London Borough of Bromley and Bromley Clinical Commissioning Group to deliver services for local people to help them maintain both their physical and mental health, their independence and also provide training and employment opportunities.

Through tailored person centred support, you will assist people with learning disabilities (LD), physical disabilities (PD) and long term health conditions (LTHCs) to address barriers to employment and education by providing advice, guidance and support to improve access to education, employment and volunteering whilst supporting retention of paid employment.  You will also support referrals of people with mental health issues, requiring retention support to an appropriate service.

Saturday Club Scheme/Team Leader
£15.00 per hour

Do you have experience of managing a team of people and a care background?
Then this might be the ideal role for you! We need a reliable, flexible and resourceful person to lead a team of support workers at our Saturday Club which provides a much needed short break for families, while providing a range of fun activities for clients led by sessional workers. Hours – 9.30am to 4.30pm, run fortnightly at The Astley Day Centre in Bromley. The post holder will also have 2 hours of planning and preparation time for each session. Relevant experience is a requirement together with references and an enhanced DBS check.

Short Breaks Service is recruiting staff!  Are you energetic, fun, caring and with time to spare?

Volunteers Needed!  Do you have a love of the outdoors to share?

We are looking for people to support students with disabilities on Woodland Management workshops at London South East Colleges (Bromley).  Do you have horticulture, bush craft, teaching or similar relevant knowledge or experience and would like to support these students?  To volunteer or for more information  please contact Sally Bateman on sally.bateman@bromleymencap.org or call 020 8466 0791.

We are looking to recruit experienced job coaches, to work with and support disabled people in sustaining their employment.  You will have experience of one to one coaching, and agreeing reasonable adjustments with employers on behalf of our clients.
