Children’s Services Manager

You will manage our range of services for children and their families and, working closely with our Adult Support Services Manager, you will deliver our Community Outreach Project.

Information and Support Officer (Autism)
37.5 hours per week
Flexible across the Borough with a central Bromley office base
£26,500 + 3% pension

Bromley Well is commissioned by the London Borough of Bromley and Bromley Clinical Commissioning Group to deliver services for local people to help them maintain both their physical and mental health, their independence and also provide training and employment opportunities. This new service will provide support and activities for individuals, aged 16+, with Autism who would benefit from early intervention and preventative support. 

The Role
You will provide relevant and accurate information, support, guidance, welfare benefits advice and signposting. You will provide both one-to-one and group support for people with complex issues. Support will be flexibly based operating out of a central Bromley office but delivered at various, accessible locations. You will take a person-centred approach, ensuring services are joined up and holistic, provide advocacy and attend case management meetings as required. You will work closely with CASPA who will deliver monthly group workshops providing peer support.

Saturday Club Scheme/Team Leader
£15.00 per hour

Do you have experience of managing a team of people and a care background?
Then this might be the ideal role for you! We need a reliable, flexible and resourceful person to lead a team of support workers at our Saturday Club which provides a much needed short break for families, while providing a range of fun activities for clients led by sessional workers. Hours – 9.30am to 4.30pm, run fortnightly at The Astley Day Centre in Bromley. The post holder will also have 2 hours of planning and preparation time for each session. Relevant experience is a requirement together with references and an enhanced DBS check.
