Employment Advisor
Full time, 37.5hrs
£26,000 + 2% Pension

Through tailored person centred support, you will assist people with learning disabilities, physical disabilities and long term health conditions to address barriers to employment and education by providing advice, guidance and support to improve access to education, employment and volunteering whilst supporting retention of paid employment.  You will also support referrals of people with mental health issues, requiring retention support to an appropriate service.

Programme Administrator
8am-11am, Monday to Friday
£9,020 (£22,250 FTE) + 2% Pension

We are looking for a reliable and enthusiastic person to support the day to day running of our day opportunities for disabled adults in Bromley.   You will work as part of the Lodge team, but also be confident to work independently devising interesting programmes which will support disabled adults to develop and enhance their independence and life skills. Assistant Facilitator
9:45am-3:45pm Tuesday and Thursday initially
£10 per hour (plus pension contribution if eligible)

As part of the team at The Lodge you will be supporting our clients to gain the skills to enable them to work towards gaining paid employment. You will support the facilitator to deliver and support a range of learning in the classroom and practical work experience in our social enterprises.  6 disabled students are supported on each course.
The Assistant Facilitator will be required, on occasion, to run sessions in Catering or Horticulture following the lessons plans prepared by the facilitator, to ensure continuity of learning.  You will also be required to support students with their personal care as required.  For more information and how to apply click on the links below
