Adult Support Services Manager
Salary: £32,000 + 5% pension
Hours: Full time 37.5 hours per week

We have restructured our services for children and adults to create a new role of Adult Support Services Manager. You will manage our support services for adults and, working closely with our Children’s Services Manager, you will deliver our Community Outreach Project.

Short Breaks Co-ordinator
Salary:
£29,000 + 3% pension
Hours:

We require a Short Breaks Co-ordinator to maintain our established Short Break Services, develop them in line with demand from families and manage an overnight care service.

Short Breaks
Development Officer
Salary: £9,081 (actual) + 3% pension
Hours: Part-time 14 hours per week (Flexible)

We require a Short Breaks Development Officer to assist the Short Breaks Co-ordinator to recruit and train support staff, buddies and childminders, monitor placements and co-ordinate the Sitting Service.
You will have experience of Childminding or Early Years Child Care settings, knowledge of safeguarding and excellent organisational and communication skills.

Finance Manager
Salary: £35,000 plus 5% Pension

We require a Finance Manager to have responsibility for the organisation’s finance function. You will be a qualified accountant and lead a small team. Children’s Wellbeing Co-ordinator

Hours:

We require a highly skilled Wellbeing Co-ordinator to design and deliver a programme of information workshops and leisure activities to enable disabled children and their siblings to enjoy an ordinary life by reducing isolation and improving independence.

Sunday Kiosk Manager
Salary: £12.50 per hour paid monthly
Hours: Sunday 9am-1pm

We are looking for a reliable, enthusiastic and responsible person to run our lodge kiosk in Norman Park, Bromley on a Sunday.  You will be selling hot and cold beverages and snacks to the general public.  You will be responsible for cash handling and cashing up at the end of each shift and for the safe unlocking and locking up of the building.  You will be responsible for health and safety within the kiosk area and a high level of food hygiene, so you must hold the relevant qualifications.
