Programme Administrator
Part time 9am-12noon, Monday to Friday
Salary £9,020 (£22,250 FTE) + 3% Pension

We are looking for a reliable and enthusiastic person to support the day to day running of our day opportunities for disabled adults in Bromley.   You will work as part of the Lodge team, but also be confident to work independently devising interesting programmes which will support disabled adults to develop and enhance their independence and life skills. You will also be required to source resources, plan the staff rota, liaise with our clients, their families and carers and other staff members to ensure our services are delivered smoothly and professionally.

Horticulture Facilitator (Casual Contract)
Rate of pay £15 per hour (paid montlly) + holiday pay

Bromley Mencap are looking to recruit an energetic and enthusiastic Horticulture Facilitator to support disabled adults at The Lodge, our new specialist training centre in Bromley.
You will be a knowledgeable horticulturalist who has the passion, enthusiasm, and ability to communicate your expertise to our clients.  You will also be responsible for the maintenance and on-going development of the lodge grounds.

Recruitment, Training and Retention Co-ordinator (Short Breaks)
Part time 22.5 hours per week
£17,398  (actual salary) + 3% pension

We require a Recruitment, Training and Retention Co-ordinator to recruit a wide range of casual staff to the Short Breaks Service, ensuring they are trained to deliver a safe, effective and flexible service. You will work closely with the Short Breaks Development Officer and Buddying Development Officer to ensure a quality Short Breaks service by promoting and delivering an on-going programme of supervision, training and personal development.
