Capital Appeal Fundraiser
Salary – Competitive
Bromley Mencap has recently invested in a new property which will become the focal point of our services and head office base. We have exciting plans to develop and extend the property into a centre to deliver high quality, accessible services within the local community. We have a Fundraising Strategy in place and, as part of that, you will have responsibility for achieving a target of between £100,000 and £150,000 through a capital appeal programme.

Deputy Chief Executive
Full-time 37.5 hours per week
Salary : £40,000 plus 5% pension
At an exciting time of growth and development we are recruiting for a Deputy Chief Executive. The Deputy Chief Executive will support taking the organisation forward as a leader in the provision of services for disabled people, carers and families.
You will be directly accountable for a number of key areas including managing the business needs of the organisation, premises and IT, policies, safeguarding, quality assurance and consultations. You will be a key member of the senior management team and have overall responsibility for our volunteers.

Children’s Services Manager
37.5 hours per week
£33,500 + 5% pension
You will manage our range of services for children and their families and, working closely with our Adult Support Services Manager, you will deliver our Community Outreach Project.

Information and Support Officer (Autism)
37.5 hours per week
Flexible across the Borough with a central Bromley office base
£26,500 + 3% pension
Bromley Well is commissioned by the London Borough of Bromley and Bromley Clinical Commissioning Group to deliver services for local people to help them maintain both their physical and mental health, their independence and also provide training and employment opportunities. This new service will provide support and activities for individuals, aged 16+, with Autism who would benefit from early intervention and preventative support.
You will provide relevant and accurate information, support, guidance, welfare benefits advice and signposting. You will provide both one-to-one and group support for people with complex issues. Support will be flexibly based operating out of a central Bromley office but delivered at various, accessible locations. You will take a person-centred approach, ensuring services are joined up and holistic, provide advocacy and attend case management meetings as required. You will work closely with CASPA who will deliver monthly group workshops providing peer support.
