SUMMARY:Mindfulness Workshop for people with physical disabilities
DESCRIPTION:People with physical disabilities (aged 18 plus) are invited to join us for a Mindfulness Workshop at our Community Hub in Bromley North. \nThe workshop will be led by Michelle Tiedman\, Mental Health Practitioner\, who will talk to us about ways to de-stress and manage our lives in a more mindful way\, using some simple but effective techniques. Topics covered include body scans\, five mindful senses\, self-compassion\, and more. \nDo join us for a relaxed morning and some refreshments\, taking time in our busy lives to practise self-care.
