Our Jobmatch service was designed and developed to meet the needs of both disabled people and employers. Launched in 1993, Jobmatch secured many jobs for disabled people in a wide range of occupational areas. The success of these jobs resulted in an excellent relationship with local employers, and many used the Jobmatch service again to meet their recruitment and retention needs. Jobmatch led to the development of a wide range of Employment and Education services which are still running nearly thirty years later.
