Join us for Welcome Wednesday at The Lodge, a relaxed cycling session for Bromley Mencap members, families and friends.
Come along and enjoy some time outdoors at Norman Park. A range of bikes and trikes will be available to use, so you can choose what works best for you.
This is a friendly, informal session and a chance to enjoy gentle exercise, fresh air and time together.
