We’re launching Grounds4Growth – a new social enterprise from Bromley Mencap creating real work experience for disabled people in our community.
Starting at Bromley Market Square, the stall will sell barista-style coffee, plants (seasonal) and information about refurbished bikes – providing structured, customer-facing roles that build skills, confidence and progression into paid employment.
We’re seeking £3,000 in launch funding to bring this 24-week pilot to life in 2026 and support up to 20 disabled people to gain meaningful work experience.
