Helpline

Our helpline provides information and support for disabled people, their families and carers on a wide range of issues.

Our family support workers are ready and willing to help provide information and support for disabled people, their families and carers around any matter including:

  • welfare benefits
  • education
  • health
  • housing
  • leisure
  • support planning

We can support you at meetings with schools and social services, complete forms and grant applications as well as having access to local and national disability databases.  Please call us if you think we can assist you in any way.

Please note that the helpline is unable to provide support in emergency situations, and in particular if you or someone else is in danger, you should call 999 or go to A&E.  The local service for mental health crises is run by Oxleas NHS Trust, and the Mental Health Crisis Line can be found on 0800 330 8590 (24 hour service).
