Bromley Mencap is a registered charity providing services for disabled people. We offer free Disability Inclusion training to employers and work with candidates to help them find and keep employment. We do this by providing ongoing support, advice and guidance via a dedicated Job Coach. Job Coaches assist with employment retention issues and liaise with employers throughout the process.

We work with employers such as Bank of America, CBRE, ISS World, and Restaurant Associates. Through these partnerships, we have created several jobs for our candidates and hope to generate more paid opportunities for disabled people to reach their full potential.
