John has volunteered at The Lodge bicycle workshop since 2022, where he combines his love of cycling with helping others to enjoy it too.
He is also no stranger to a cycling challenge. In 2024, John rode 100 miles around Norman Park (that’s 87 laps!) raising money for Bromley Mencap.
A regular club cyclist and long-standing member of Bigfoot Cycle Club, John has taken part in a number of fundraising rides over the years.
This October, he will be joining our Tour de Bromley & Lewisham 75 km Cycle Ride to help celebrate 75 years of Bromley Mencap.
