Job Brokerage Service

Our Job Brokerage Service supported adults with learning disabilities who have complex needs into training, volunteering and paid employment. 

Funding for this service ended in March 2026.

The service provides an opportunity to work towards paid employment, including, advice, support and coaching for adults with learning disabilities. To be eligible for this programme, ideally you would have an adult social care package.  This service is funded by the London Borough of Bromley.

We provide person centred 1:1 support and assist people with learning disabilities with the following:

  • Job searching and applying for roles
  • Creating and updating CVs
  • Job carving, where we carve out specific roles with employers for clients with learning disabilities
  • Support to secure and maintain employment which includes the DWP Access to Work scheme and job coaching
  • We also provide ongoing support to help with any employment retention issues

Who can apply?
Adults with learning disabilities. To be eligible for this programme, ideally you would have an adult social care package.

Duration and days
Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm

Location
The service is based at Rutland House, 44 Masons Hill, Bromley, BR2 9JG and works across the borough of Bromley.
