Supported internships

In partnership with London South East Colleges, we work with Supported Internship and High Needs Supported Internship students at Bromley and Bexley Colleges to support them into paid employment.

To apply for a Supported Internship placement, please visit the LSEC website and make an online application.

We provide an employment consultant to generate placements and employment opportunities for the students.

The employment consultant is responsible for supporting Access to Work applications and ensures the right support is in place when each young person moves from college into employment.

For any student who does not secure employment at the end of the academic year, the employment consultant will put in place a support package that involves signposting the student to an appropriate service so that they may continue to develop and move closer to the labour market.
