Join Bromley Mencap’s Cost of Living team for a free supportive workshop about money worries and looking after your emotional wellbeing.
This workshop will cover:
- talking about how money worries can make us feel
- coping with worry and stress
- self-care on a budget
- where to get support
- Digital Champions’ challenge

Location: Orpington Methodist Church, Sevenoaks Road, Orpington BR6 9JH
The venue is an accessible location with good public transport links, and bus stops are located directly outside.
Getting there:
Buses 358, R5, R7, R8, R10 and R11 stop directly outside the church at bus stops K and M on Hillcrest Road. Orpington Station is the closest train station. The church is located at the junction of Sevenoaks Road and Hillcrest Road, around 200 metres south of the War Memorial. Street parking is restricted.
