Bromley Council is inviting comments on Planning Application 26/02199/OUT for Ravensbourne Place, a major new development proposed on land off Hayes Lane and the A21 Bromley Common.
As part of the consultation, Bromley Mencap has submitted a representation outlining our concerns about the potential impact the proposals could have on The Lodge, our vocational training and community hub in Norman Park.
While we recognise the need for good-quality housing and community infrastructure, our representation explains the concerns we have raised about the potential impact of the proposals on The Lodge and the disabled people who rely on it.

Have your say
If you use The Lodge, visit Norman Park or have an interest in the proposals, you may also wish to submit your own comments to Bromley Council.
Everyone is welcome to share their views, whether they support the application, have concerns or would like to make suggestions. We encourage you to explain, in your own words, how the proposals could affect you, your family or someone you support.
