Learner Development & Progression Coordinator

22.5 hours per week, Mon-Wed, Term Time (39 weeks)
£15,108 per year (£30,232 full time equivalent)
Location: Rutland House, Bromley

The role of Learner Development & Progression Coordinator will coordinate the induction of SEND learners, ensuring their pathway and progress is mapped for tutors and employment progression leads to align academic learning, vocational journeys and Recognising and Recording Progress and Achievement (RARPA).

The role will lead on implementing our strong enrichment programme ensuring learner activities and workshops are bespoke towards independence, skill building and personal development areas of need.  In addition, the role supports learners’ early identification of vocational profiling and planning pathways to employment through work experience activity with their end goal a key focus of their time at the training centre.

Community Support Workers

Rate of pay: £13.85 per hour

The Short Breaks Service is looking for people to work flexibly to support children and young people with a disability in their own homes and within the local community.

The majority of support is required at the weekends and after school, so we are looking for people who are available at these times.

Experience of working with children and/or people with a disability is essential and experience of PEG feeding, epilepsy or autism would be an advantage.

Job Coach

Rate of pay: £13.85 per hour

A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join our supported employment service on a casual basis. We are looking to recruit job coaches to support and coach people with learning difficulties and/or physical disabilities who are in employment or training and help them to achieve sustainability within their chosen role.

You will play a key role in facilitating each individual’s achievement through one to one work and ensuring relationships are built with employers. You will be required to negotiate and agree reasonable adjustments with employers on behalf of our clients.
